The Campaign Team

The official agent is responsible for administering the campaign’s financial transactions and reporting those transactions to Elections Canada as required by the Canada Elections Act.

In accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, the auditor has to examine the candidate’s financial records and give an opinion in a report as to whether the candidate’s return presents fairly the information contained in the financial records on which it is based.

Oversees the entire campaign, including strategy, budget, and day-to-day operations. Acts as the main decision-maker and ensures all team members are working towards the campaign’s goals.

Assists the Campaign Manager with their duties and may oversee specific aspects of the campaign, such as field operations or communications.

Manages all communication strategies, including media relations, press releases, and the campaign’s message. Works to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Plans and executes campaign events, such as rallies, fundraisers, and town halls. Works closely with the Scheduler and other team members to ensure successful events.

Recruits, trains, and manages volunteers. Ensures volunteers are properly assigned to tasks and motivated throughout the campaign.

Oversees all grassroots organizing efforts, including canvassing, phone banking, and voter outreach. Manages volunteers and ensures field operations are running effectively.
